The SignArray system is an all-in-one solution that helps you analyze signaling pathways based on the qPCR array.
Each well contains a specific pair of primers to analyze the level of gene expression.SignArrays can have 96 or 384 well plates, compatible with the main qPCR instruments on the market.

Features:
The efficiency of the primers is guaranteed by our rigor in the experimental quality control (efficiency between 90 and 110%) using our specially developed Perfect Master Mix SYBR® Green (PMS).
Specificity: based on “intron spanning design”, all our primers are tested for a single peak on the melting curve and a single gel band. Each pair of primers detects a specific product and guarantees the best specificity.
Reproducibility: the SYBR® Green Perfect Master Mix reagent (PMS) has been developed and validated with all the signaling pathways present in the panel for reliable and reproducible results (correlation between the same Signarrays tested with the same cDNAs).
